5th Annual AODA Summit

Please join the Dane County Department of Human Services and the Dane County Chemical Dependencies Consortium for the 5th Annual Provider Summit. Participants will hear from local and statewide providers about how NIATx process improvement efforts have worked in their programs and strategize with other providers how to implement improvements of their own. Attendees will also hear about the outcome measure pilot project that is being created with Forward Health Group, hear from state-level professionals about changes in healthcare reform that will affect providers at a local level, and learn about the grassroots efforts to incorporate recovery support services into the continuum of care.

Training and discussion will begin at 9:00 a.m. and last until 4:30 p.m. Lunch is provided and included in the cost of the program.

A provider networking opportunity will follow immediately from 3:30-4:30p.m. Desserts will be provided. This portion of the event is free and all staff and interested parties are welcome!

Cost: $15 for members, $30 for non-members (includes membership for 2011).

6.0 Clock hours of Training will be available for an additional fee of $7.
